BREAKFAST FOR SUPPER WITH THESE CH STEAKS 12/3/2021
My husband & I had these when we cooked breakfast for supper. We had them with scrambled eggs, grands biscuits, & made red-eye gravy. They tasted just like they came from our smokehouse I had as a kid. If you love good cured country ham & leaner pieces, it is absolutely wonderful. I added a little left over broadbents hickory smkd bacon grease for more grease to make my redeye gravy just right! So good! Enjoy!
