Broadbent's accepts the following methods of payment: 
BROADBENT'S SHIPPING POLICIES:
All packages will be shipped by UPS at standard ground shipping, to a physical address in the contintential United States. Expedited shipping options are also avalaible at checkout. UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have a PO BOX Address, your order will be converted to the Postal Service, and your shipping rate may change based on the rates quoted to us by the Postal Service. Packages going to Alaska and Hawaii will also be shipped through the Postal Service.
* We do ship to APO's and DPO's! These orders will ship via post office as well. If you are shipping to an APO or DPO, please give us a call at 1-800-841-2202.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, we will promptly notify the customer to obtain correct information and the customer will be billed charges for re-shipping the package. In the event that we are able to reroute your package in transit, UPS will charge us $18.00 for doing this service. The charge will then be passed along to the customer if the address they have provided for us is not complete/ incorrect. Upon request, we will gladly provide you with a copy of this charge.
*Any items indicated as Perishable will automatically be shipped Second Day Air if the shipping address is outside our two-day shipping range.

NOTE: States with areas outside of a 4-day shipping range may see an additional fee of up to $3.00 due to extended time in transit. These states include AZ, CA, ID, ME, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA & WY.
When will your package ship? We ship every Monday-Wednesday. This allows our products to travel directly to our customers, and helps to avoid the packages sitting in hot warehouses or trucks during the weekends. If your package can ship on a Tuesday or Wednesday and arrive before the weekend, it will ship. If not, it will be held until the following Monday. See the Time in Transit Map below.
SPECIAL SUMMER SHIPPING:
All Smoked Sausage and gift boxes containing our Smoked Sausage must be shipped at 2-day air durring the hotter summer months. This expedited shipping includes a freezer bag and ice pack to help prevent the sausage from getting too hot during transit. To avoid these extra charges, we recommend stocking up on these products in the spring. Our Smoekd Sausage will last up to 9 months in the freezer!
Broadbent's House-Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Bourbon Chocolates, and Pulled Creams may not be available during the summer, temperatures pending. These products are at risk of melting, greatly reducing the quality of the product if exposed to high temperatures.
PROVIDING SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AT CHECKOUT:
You may enter special delivery instructions on the 'special instructions' line at the check-out portion of the order. These instructions could include the date you would like for the package to be delivered; which door to leave a package, should you be away from home when the package is delivered; to require a signature for delivery, or to leave the package only if someone is at home. You may also include special messages for gifts such as 'Happy Birthday' or 'Merry Christmas' on this line.
* If you would like to ship the package to a different address other than where you are ordering from, simply enter that address in the Ship-to section of the order form. If you would like to send packages to several different people, select 'ship to multiple addresses' or place an order for each individual address you would like to ship-to.
TRANSIT SHIPPING TIMES:
The map below is a map showing your packages estimated transit time. This time equals the number of days it will take for your package to arrive to you after leaving our facility. (Example: If you are in a two range and your package ships on Monday, it is estimated to arrive to you by Wednesday afternoon.)
Please note: estimations for standard ground shipping are not guaranteed and your order could arrive sooner or later than estimated. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we recommed selecting from our expedited shipping options at check out.


Quick and Easy Ordering
How to place an order:
Register:
On your first visit to Broadbent’s website, please take time to register (make sure and remember your password for future uses), this will make your first and subsequent visits much easier. When you return, you will login (if you don’t remember your password, you can contact us from the login page and we will respond with your password in 24 hours.)
Login:
Enter the email address and your password. You will gain access to your online account where you can check status of orders, enter gift names in your address book and place orders. Your customer information will automatically fill in and speed up the order process. Gift names will remain in your address book until you remove them.
Select Products:
Browse through our online store and select a product. If you double click on the picture or product code, you will get details about the product. To select a product , click on buy and it will be placed in your shopping basket. Continue to select products and when you are finished, click on view basket. If you have a promotional code (may be found as a keycode on back of catalog), please enter it in the appropriate box at the top of the shopping cart.
For each item you selected for your order you have some choices to make:
1. You can elect to change the quantity.
2. You may select a different shipping address. If you select to send a gift to someone else, you may enter a different shipping address and gift greeting. First click on the Ship to Multiple Address box at the bottom of the screen, then directly below the Item # and Price, a box will appear that says Ship to (with a drop down arrow) giving the option for the package to be shipped either the same as bill to or to someone else. If you select someone else an address info screen appears. Simply fill out that screen for each item on your order. As you proceed through checkout, you will find a special instruction box. Any gift messages can be entered in this box. The order form will ask for an email address, please put your email in this box. The information allows us to send you a shipping confirmation, once that package ships. The confirmation will include tracking information, allowing you to track the packages and know when it is delivered.
3. You must select a shipping method. You may view shipping methods as well as a map showing days in transit under the shipping policies tab. (IMPORTANT you must enter the correct shipping address and please use a street address. You will be charged a reshipping charge, if the address is incorrect).
4. “All” dates selected are shipping dates, not delivery dates(if you need your package to arrive by a certain date, include this information in the special instructions section). If your order is placed at the end of the week, and you have not selected a shipping date, we may delay the shipment until the following Monday to assure that your order arrives in the best possible condition and does not set in a warehouse over the weekend, especially during the summer months.
Promotional Codes: Promotional Codes are entered at the very top of the shopping cart when you are in the "View Cart" page. It will say, "If you have a key code, please enter it." A white box follows this sentence. Enter your promotional code in this white box space, then click the submit button. Please note that only one promotional code can be entered per transaction. Key Codes can not be stacked simultaniously in one order.
Checkout:
Continue to the checkout pages, select your shipping method, enter your payment information and verify all order information. If you have a gift certificate, you may choose to redeem it upon checkout. Your will need the certificate number along with the face value. You will have the opportunity to print out your order, so remember your order number for future use.
