Remember our country hams are salt cured and will be salty in nature. Broadbent Country Hams are dry cured, meaning they are hand rubbed with a cure mixture, then aged at least six months for our milder hams, nine months for our Grand Champion Hams and eighteen months for our Heritage Hams. Our Country Hams are slow smoked with hickory wood.
