Broadbent Cooked & Sliced Country Ham. Remember, our Country Ham, Bacon & Sausage are Dry-Cured with Salt and will be Salty in Nature.

Broadbent's Cooked Sliced Country Ham: This is Broadbent's best fully cooked, Country Ham , thinly sliced and ready to eat. Perfect to serve on biscuits or rolls for occasions such as weddings, showers, brunches or picnics. Also, serve on a platter as the main entree for any meal.

SERVINGS:
Serves 10-3 oz. servings as main entree.
BISCUIT SERVING GUIDE:
Large He-Man Biscuits: 2 lbs ham=32 biscuits
Small average size Biscuit: 2 lbs. ham=64 biscuits
X-Small Beaten Biscuit: 2 lbs. ham=96 biscuits

SERVING SUGESTIONS:
Broadbent cooked ham slices can be served hot, cold or room temperature.

TO HEAT SLICES:
1. Oven Method-Wrap in foil and place in preheated 350 degree oven for 4 to 5 minutes.
2. Microwave Method-Cover slices in clear plastic wrap and heat 30 to 45 seconds on medium setting.
Ham may be refrigerated in its vacuum-sealed package. This ham can also be frozen safely for up to 3 months by wrapping package with freezer paper.

DO NOT BE ALARMED IF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE WARM WHEN THEY ARRIVE!
Broadbent cooked sliced country ham is good outside refrigeration for 7 days. Please refrigerate this item upon receipt. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA requirements for safety.

Perfectly Cooked and sliced 12/10/2020
If your interested in trying country style Ham but are not sure if you will like it. Just get some of this pre-cooked and thinly sliced ham. THE BEST sandwich you ever ate is here. The 2lb size is perfect for a 5 person go round for lunch and football! Not too smokey and not to aged it has a great flavor and the salt content wont chase you away. It makes the best grilled Ham 'n' cheddar cheese sandwich's.
