Broadbent's Hickory Smoked Bacon is Salt-Cured, so it is shelf stable. It does not require refrigeration. The shelf life of this product outside of refrigeration is 3 months. To achieve the ultimate shelf life and quality of this product, we recommend keeping this product refrigerated for up to 6 months. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.
