Broadbent's Maplewood Smoked Bacon is dry cured the old-fashioned way, then smoked with maplewood for a deliciously sweet flavor! This bacon is perfectly paired with any breakfast spread.


Do Not Be Alarmed If Your Products Are Warm When They Arrive.

Broadbent Country Bacon is a dry cured product. It does not require refrigeration. It has a shelf life of three months. To achieve the ultimate shelf life and quality of this product, we recommend refrigerating for up to 6 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.




8 slices Broadbent’s Maplewood Smoked Bacon (ITEM M05)

1 roll (16.5oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough

1/2 cup of chopped peanuts

1 container of vanilla frosting

1/4 teaspon of Maple Syrup

Directions:  Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp, drain and crumble. Let dough stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, stir/kneed cookie dough, bacon, and chopped peanuts until well incorporated. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 13 minutes or until cookie edges are golden brown. Let cook for 2-3 minutes. While cookies are cooling; in a small bowl, stir and combine frosting and maple syrup until well blended. Frost cookies once cooled, and serve immediately or store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

** For peanut allergies, Remove peanuts from recipe and you still have a delicious Maple Bacon Cookie!
