3 lbs. Uncooked Country Ham slices; 14oz. sliced bacon; 2lbs. Grandma Broadbent's Smoked Sausage; 8 oz. block of Hickory Smoked Cheddar Cheese; 1-lb. Spoon Bread Mix; 1-lb. Biscuit Mix.
Do not be alarmed if your product are warm when they arrive.
Broadbent Country Ham, Bacon and Sausage are dry cured products. The uncooked country ham and bacon are shelf stable. They do not require refrigeration. They have a shelf life of three months. Refrigerating or freezing upon receipt will extend quality and life of the product. Broadbent Sausage is good outside refrigeration for 10 days. Please refrigerate upon receipt, or freeze if you will not eat within two weeks. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.
